Foreigner sentiment We had a good laugh when a South Korean in one of our tours in Cuba noted “For a communist country, nothing is free” resuming perfectly our sentiment at having to pay to use the bathrooms even where we were patrons, give change to anyone who gave us directions or a mere suggestion, and many other unsolicited services that anywhere else would be given free of charge.
