Tuc-tuc effeciency Exhausted from a day of travel, ruins-visits, hot, humid temperatures, and still having a kilometer walk to get back to the city of Copán, we were strong candidates for a tuc-tuc ride back to our hostel. A tuc-tuc driver spotted us from the gas-station where he was filling up, yelled over to us to ask if we needed a tuc-tuc, we yelled back to ask the price, and within seconds the driver hopped into the driver’s seat and sped toward us in a most comical way. In Julien and my eyes, the world appeared to have sped up to double time in those 15 seconds.
