Our time in Guatemala was quickly coming to an end, but not before one last enjoyable visit with Pamen and her other daughter Cristina. The day after Julien’s Acatenango climb, Pamen and Cristina graced us with another visit in Antigua, this time to climb about the Hermano Pedro ruins.

We went to a French crepe place, the famous Luna de Miel; the crepes were great, but most of our fun was had striking poses including serious, scared, rock-star, pensive, and laughing. The last photo was taken as Cristina and Pamen got ready to head back to Guatemala City, and Cristina insisted on one last crazy picture with Julien as she leaned out the car window.
A last coffee in Guatemala, a last blog post, some light reading and then off the next day on an eight-hour ride to El Salvador! Gracias por todo Guate!
